throughout the 21st century and beyond. There is a paradigm shift in the way teaching and
learning is delivered. As a 21st century teacher, you need to develop essential knowledge,
skills, attitudes, and values to be able to cope up with these changes and to help your student
s address them as well.

Analysis
Answer the following questions:

a. What does your illustration tell about the 21 st century education? Explain.
The illustration shows that it is about giving students the skills they need to succeed in
this modern world, and helping them grow in their on ways, through their confidence to
be able to perform and to improve their skills. With so much information that was
taught to them, 21st century skills focus more on making sense of that information,
sharing and expressing them using in a smart way.

b. Are you ready to face the challenges it brings? Cite your edges/limitations as a 21 st
century teacher.
Balancing the different learning needs of students is challengeable for
teachers. I think that the main problem is to maintain the interest of the
students. And this will be a challenge for us future educators of the 21st century. I believe
there's no limitations for a teacher who's willing to adopt to improve more, it is never ending
process
