The proposed name of the business is “Amica Corporation” it is from the Latin word

“Friends” . The first letter of the business name is from the initial of the corporate owner which

is letter “a” which means Anita.

The owner came up with the idea of their product because of the trending food. Many

teenagers are like the Korean food especially the target market, students. But after the owner end

up of this product she has a lots of ideas in her minds but it is impossible to do because first, it is

hard to make. Second, the ingredients are expensive that the capital is not afforded to buy it and

there must be have loss in the end and third, it is common in the market. So, the owner thinks a

product that worth it and affordable to their target market, so she came up to the product of

GIMBAP TWIGIM.

Gimbap Twigim is not the original name of the product. The first name of the product is

Fried Gimbap it is inspired by gimbap in Korean restaurant instead of having a regular gimbap,

the owner twists it in the taste buds of the target market and look for affordable ingredients for

that so they are came up to frying instead of having a common gimbap.

Gimbap Twigim is a korean language, gimbap means roll food and twigim means fried.

Gimbap Twigim ingredients are seaweed wrap, japanese rice, century tuna, cheese, egg, salt and

pepper. If our product expands to the City of Olongapo there have many choices that you choose.

fry to the non-stick pan.

Gimbap Twigim is an affordable product to everyone even you are first time in the business your

product will be popular to the people because its affordable and easy to make. Many people will

like it because of the ingredients inside and it is not hard to sell because it is a cheap price of

gimbap of Korean restaurants and everyone will be like it.

Your opportunities in this product is you make a more customers, because it is easy to

make and you need to think out of the box to make it special like, you can sell it the Tupperware

with 8 to 10 pieces of the product. We must think the good thing in product so our product will

be expanding to the whole city of Olongapo.

The target market of the owner is the Mondriaan Aura College’s students as well as the

teachers, admins and staffs within their school facility and other outside people. The reason

why those are her target customers are because their place of selling is right inside their

school. Together with her target customers are the people nearby outside the school and the

people who know about their product because it is affordable by almost everyone.

Competitor Analysis

The business has its indirect competitors which are all the other existing businesses near

the location that has the same food products.

Market Position

The business and the product itself is not new to the market because of the main

ingredient that they used. Their products difference among the competitors is that they offer

much affordable one, can satisfy the customers in just a bite and also because it is a healthy

food.

The business strategies on selling their product are posting it to social media so by that

the customer will know what product is. She also advertised their product by talking

STRENGTHS

The company’s strength is our product pricing it is affordable so that anyone can afford.

Then the next one is the promotions and advertising we make, in order to introduce and to sell

our product. Also one of our strengths is that we noticed that some of the people nowadays likes

to eat Korean food so we’ve copied it but with a twist.

WEAKNESS

Our weakness is the slices of the product it is not equally proportion. The next is that the

product does not fit to the season for it is too oily. And last the seaweed wrapper, some of the

customers are not eating vegetables and some customers does not want the combination of the

OPPORTUNITIES

Our opportunities are our company has an advantage to our competitor’s because of it’s

being unique and being new in the market. Also one of company’s opportunity is online posting,

we are selling our product through online.

THREATS

The threats of our company are the competitors around us, they might catch the attention

of our customers. The summer season does not fit our product because it is oily. Lastly our threat

is the suppliers due to the train law some of the ingredients will have an up rise of the price and

we will have to find different supplier that has a low price but with good quality as an

alternative.

The price is came from the sum up all the expenses and divided it into the total pieces of

the product. It is not easily to maintain the price because the ingredients are changing the price

either high or low price. To maintain the price of the product, the possible income in the end of

the day will be used to buy new ingredients for the next selling. We a sure to give an affordable

price to our customer.

The product we use to know how much it cost to buy all the ingredient to make our

product affordable so that the buyers can buy. To maintain our customers loyalty is to have a

good manner, good impression and good communication among the buyers. To gain more

customer we are selling the product and give a promo, and advertise it in social media to see our

product.

The target market of the business is the Students, Teacher, Staffs, Admins and other

people are our target market, I aimed to sell them our inspired Korean product called “ Gimbap

Twigim”. We give them the good taste and good service.

The product of the business is “Gimbap Twigim” inspired of Korean food. The owner

came up in this idea because they observed that most of people loves to eat a Korean food.

Gimbap Twigim is made of Korean Rice with Tuna, dried seaweed, roll it in egg and fried it.

Price

The price of the product is 10 pesos each and promo of 3 for 25 . The owner came in

this price because they sum up all the expenses and divided it into the total pieces of Gimbap

Twigim that they had been made including the profit.

Positioning

The advantage of the business and product to the competitors is that, the product is

unique, has an affordable price to everyone and the taste is contagious. In the service of the

business the owner use technology not just like messenger or my day and say it in a loud voice,

or social media to promote it clearly to know what is product that they sell.

Promotion

The owner promoted the product through social media and uploaded some pictures with

description in able to be seen by their friends and the owner used fliers with the picture of the

product together with the information like on how to order, how much will it cost, and the

contact number in case they want to order.

Packaging

The owner packaging came up the idea of serving the costumer in order on how many

pieces of the product they will buy. For two or more pieces of the product, they used a small

disposable silver plate and for a piece of the product they have stick to use.

Operation and Maintenance Head – will be responsible to make sure an organization is

running well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and

needs of customers.

Finance and Accounting Head– will be responsible to manage the money and to compute the

outbreak of the business and also be the one to divide the profit. It is all about cash of the

business.

Human Resources and Admin Services Head – will be responsible to handle the employees of

the business and he/she may also help to cook the product.

The operation manager must supervise and guide his/her employees to have a smooth and

performance from the beginning. They also analyses and improve organizational processes and
