Debora Fudge Kelly is one of the most reliable staff I have employed over my past 5 years in
Bruce Okrepkie Windsor. She is always on-time, professional and can be counted on to help out in a
Sam Salmon pinch. Though a part-time employee, Kelly takes her position here more seriously than
most. She understands the value of the work she does and truly has a positive impact on
Town Manager the youth of this community.

As the Recreation Program Supervisor, it is impossible to be everywhere all the
time. With Kelly as part of my staff, I am confident that the aquatic programs Kelly is
working in will run as if I were running it myself. Kelly is reliable, efficient, conscientious,
professional, and responsible beyond her years. She has the common sense of a veteran
professional and I trust her judgment unequivocally. Through my nineteen years as a
Recreation professional, I have worked with hundreds of young people. Kelly is a standout
and her motivation and will to do things right and respectably, will help her thrive in her
future.

Kelly is a real gem and has a bright future ahead of her. She is hands down one
