How stg load thrown out,when gt tripped due loss of flame, how L4t works

How about your OEM manuals saying about that...

Usually there a kind of load rejection scheme activated ... ( what was load during this event....) in this mode
GT&STG should not get trippped....

You do not precise us how was these parameters before /during/after event :

-Load
-Alarms annunciated...

It depends also about HRSG (boiler management/control/protection /monitoring system)

There should be interlocking scheme betwee GT/HRSG/STG...

Without be able to check the unit App code ( you even did not mentionned GT/STG/HRSG/PLANT controls
systems
It will be difficult to tell you exactly what it should happen during kind event....

You may have somebody here who got similar experience and may help you!
