Overview This Quick Reference Guide includes database formats for Check-in. This guide is
designed for Airline Database Specialists. Knowledge of manual check-in and/or
automated DCS system is assumed.
Note: There are eight error type codes that can be displayed with their own
numbers. These are CMP/EQC/IMP/
LIM/ROW/SET/SUD/MPT. See the Database Manual for explanation.
Note: The Amend Entry must be preceded by the display entry first.
Amend Passenger Weight CWC:AIRLINE NUMBER

Note: If a ‘#’ is placed before a code or number this indicates ‘PAD’ Passenger
and if a ‘?’ is placed before number this indicates a ‘Space Available’ passenger.
Example:

Note: The maximum number of master classes is 5 and equivalent classes is 20.
Master/Equivalent Class CGC:XS;F/C/YLM

Note: STN Number 0 (Default) must always be created before any other numbers
and all STN NBRS must have a code ‘DFL’ (Default) and a PID Number or
Address.
