Minutes of the HRPTA Meeting

Call to Order: An HRPTA meeting had been conducted at Grade 11 on June 2016 and MRS.
MURIEL T. GALMAK, presiding:

Item No 1. K12 Orientation

Mrs. Galmak oriented and informed the Grade 11 Parents regarding K12 curriculum
being currently implemented and especially it is their sons and daughters who are first recipient
of the two years additional years in high school. The grading system and manners of selecting
honors were given emphasis.

After nomination and exercise of the suffrage, the elected officers were as follows:

Item No. 3: School Uniform and P.E. Uniform

Mrs. Galmak, being the adviser presented the concerns of wearing school uniform of the
Senior High School students. She presented pictures of set of uniforms and their corresponding
prices given by the tailors. The parents chose and decided the styles of their children’s school
uniform as well as their P.E. uniform. They have also decided that payments will be centralized
collected by the adviser , Mrs. Muriel T. Galmak, to be remitted to the tailor. And that wearing
of school uniform will start on the 2nd week of August 2016.

Meeting was adjourned at 11:00 a.m., same date.
