PROJECT PROPOSAL
I. GENERAL INFORMATION:

I. Title: CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE PATHWAY STEPS (ENTRANCE OF THE SCHOOL)

VI. Rationale
Schools that are not equipped with concrete pathways obviously brings a lot of
negative effects not only teachers but especially to students particularly when it is to be
located at the school entrance. Some students complained that one of the reason why they
don’t wear their complete uniform is that the school entrance going down or entering the
school campus is not that good or safe especially when wearing high heels and when it’s
rainy and for them, it is a hindrance of their ideal place of learning for they are not being
able to obey the institution’s rules and regulations regarding the proper wearing of uniform
and etc.

Basically the project aims to provide a better place of learning for all. It is a way of
taking care our beloved students who are striving for a better future for themselves and
their families. Their health are also the wealth of this institution. The pathway has the ability
to protect students, teachers and others in the school campus from hazardous accidental
conditions especially when the weather is not good like heavy rainfalls will make the way
wet and slippery that may cause anyone who will enter the school slip walk resulting to
strains.

As an institution, we urge to mainstream a safer and healthier school environment

With the cooperation of the Parents, TVL Students, MNHS Teachers, the project planned to
start.

VII. Objectives:

a. To construct a concrete pathway steps to provide a stable surface for pedestrians

to use and pass;
b. To prevent any hazardous accidents resulting from a slippery way;
c. To motivate learners and teachers to wear complete uniforms;
d. To have a legacy for TVE Students, Parents and Landscaping Team.

VIII. Methodologies:

The proponents agree to construct a concrete pathway steps at the school entrance.

The proponents present to the school head the project proposal on the construction
of the concrete pathway steps at the school entrance.

The teachers of the TVL Department give the lists of the needed materials for the
construction of the concrete pathway steps.

The supply officer starts to secure the needed materials through the donation of the
school head.

The TVL Department, parents, teachers start the construction of the pathway steps
entering the school.

XI. Project Impact:

The construction of concrete pathway steps at the school entrance serves as a

motivation for the students, teachers and visitors to enter the school for a safer and
friendlier walking or mobility. The better the pathway, the more comfortable the pedestrian
would wlak.

The TVL Advisers impart their skills to the students, parents and fellow teachers the
proper way of constructing a pathway steps.

TVL students, parents, teachers have a legacy in the school.

The DepEd Officials in the Division would appreciate the project of the proponents as
well as visitors who enter the school.
