Ewa We recommend that place in 100%! Owners are very nice and helpful. Apartament is
clean and good equipped. Near to many big shops (Carrefour, Eroski), nice cafe's, bus stops
and airport. Beach and marina are also very close from house. The area is quiet and calm. If
we had the opportunity to travel to Mallorca again we would choose this place again for sure.

Valentin Thank you, Rafa. We had a very good time. Good accommodation and good
location. We recommend this apartment. Initially parking was a problem but we found an
underground parking next to the apartment and after that everything was perfect.

Rwillchel Or Marilyn Williams I thought the apartment was beautiful. Very well placed to the
hot spots. I met one of the owners who went out of his way to be helpful with restaurants etc.
We felt very safe. The Apartment was exceptionally clean. Would definitely recommend it for
City Break without exception.
Julie We loved this apartment. Stylish and spacious with everything including
washer/drier,dishwasher,hair drier,coffee maker,microwave,toaster. It is an old apartment
with beautiful original features combined with an eclectic mix of art and modern pieces. 2
bathrooms and a small terrace which we enjoyed breakfast and pre dinner drinks on! and it is
immaculately clean. There are cafes and bars on the street and we highly recommend Tasca,
the food is fantastic. supermarket for provisions only metres away.5min walk to Placa Espana
where you can get the old train to Soller. The tourist bus stops here (17 euros) for a day
pass,and any number of buses to other areas of Mallorca. You can take a bus 1:50 euro per
person,or short taxi ride 5/6 euro (4 people) into the centre or the little beach at Portixol. All
in all we loved this apartment and would highly recommend. Rafa,the owner was extremely
helpful and thanks also to Miguel for recommendations where to eat etc. Thanks

Amanda Stay 28th feb-3nights.The apartment itself is lovely and true to the
photos.Comfortable beds and nice bedrooms. The shower door didn't shut properly and so
leaked water onto the bathroom floor whenever it was used.We stopped using as a result and
just used the other bathroom. The kitchen is lacking in crockery and glasses. We had one wine
glass and 2 plastic ones(between 6 people) Not enough cups either. Maybe they had been
broken before at some stage and not replaced. The real problem however was an anxious dog
in the apartment above us. It barked and howled every night (starting in the in the early hours
and going on for hours every night) We became quite fed up after the second night of no sleep
and tried to contact our host. Unfortunately he never replied. As you can imagine this was
very disappointing. I'm not sure what he could have done about it but just to ignore my
messages was rude. It's a lovely apartment but I cannot recommend it to anyone because of
this. -Such a shame.

for 10 minutes, 15 minutes to the cathedral. Near some really good restaurants, our advice:

Sam Stunning apartment in an upmarket residential area of central Palma. Old town and beach
a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride away. The apartment itself has been recently decorated and
tastefully furnished to a high standard. Everything you need is here, from the modern
bathrooms, fully equipped designer kitchen and air conditioned rooms. Opposite is one of the
most famous ice cream stores in Palma! The street outside is closed to traffic, therefore
peaceful, the supermarket and restaurants on the pavement outside. The main shopping areas
of Palma centre are a brisk 5 minutes walk. The host was really good and checked that we
were happy with the apartment before leaving us to enjoy our stay. During the week we hired
a car, and had no issues parking it for free nearby until 9am the following morning. I would
have no hesitation in recommending this property, it's nicely located a short distance away
from the main tourist drag. Perfect, peaceful and funky.

bedrooms that can sleep a total of seven people comfortably. And two practical bathrooms, one with
shower and one with bath.

I receive the guest to the bus stop and I say the last day, but I'm available if you need any help.
