3. Teach Complex Thinking Skills

It's not only about getting to the right end of the office, but getting there on the correct
course. In high school, this is something that can be strengthened by providing students background
for decision-making and problem solving.

Jobs in the new workplace involve innovation, flexibility, and the opportunity to look at a
challenge and not only see the result, but also envision multiple ways to accomplish it. That's why I
enjoy foreign relations, politics and even complicated mathematics so well.

In Human Resources Management, training is an organization's intention to change

employees through the learning process so that they can do their roles as well as possible. A learning
entity is one that is permeated by an environment in which all employees are actively striving on a
mutual basis to enhance their expertise and skills.

The training process includes, identifying the training needs, set training objectives, develop
the training program, implement the program, and finally evaluate the program. All of this training is
needed to overcome certain problem which prevents work being done satisfactorily and which can
be overcome by training.

In training, there are few leaning principles ones must take into consideration. This includes
the learner must want to learn, active learning is more effective than passive learning, feedback or
knowledge of results is essential, and learning is faster in teams. The training must use these
principles to obtain a much better understanding on the context of the leaning to their empolyers.

Today education system is well known to emphasize critical thinking ability among the
students. They are taught to think beyond the classroom walls and are exposed to real life problem
case study to train them for a better understanding of the context of learning. Schools also provide a
few programs that let the student handle it by themselves thus creating a generation which is
holistic and know how to manage a project and work in a team to achieve the same goal.

The schools also helps the student by providing a high quality of education by teaching with
the learning principles above. It is known that teachers prefer students that are more active in class
rather than student who is passive and stay quiet all the time unless ask to do otherwise. Active
learning is good because two ways communication between the educator and the student is
amplifying the context of the learning. This also will help the teacher to know the feedback and
knowledge of results of what their students has learned all the way through. A lot of school
assignment must be done in groups which support the learning is faster in teams principle.

For example, a subject require the student to perform a certain case study based on a real
case. This will improve their complex and critical thinking, and of course the assignment itself is
judge by the innovation and creativity aspect of the students’ performance. Another example is if
the school held a sports day, the students will need to form a body which manages the entire event
and the teacher will have to supervise and provide guidelines to the students so that they can
achieve and execute the plan well. This also will exposed them on how real life work is all about.
