 Approving and adopting the Internal Rules of Procedure, as amended of the
4th Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP), City of Naga, Cebu.

 Approving the composition of the different standing committees, their specific

functions and designating the members of the 4 th SP as chairmen, vice
chairmen and members, respectively.

 Approving the designation of the Honorable Mayor Valdemar M. Chiong and

City Treasurer Anna Maria B. Gabilan as official signatories of all bank
accounts of the City Government of Naga, Cebu with the Development Bank of
the Philippines (DBP) as the official depository bank.
