TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) of the

City of Naga, Cebu is fully satisfied with the newly installed computer
program dubbed as “Paperless, Wireless, Penless Legislation System” of
Devise Software Designs and Solutions.

Thus, this Sanggunian hereby gives a high satisfactory rating to this

new digital system in terms of its usage and quality, as all the electronically
archived documents, session agenda and other references can be easily
accessed, viewed and retrieved by local legislators and SP staff.
