Checklist/Requirements:
1. Android phone, Desktop, Laptop (Windows / Linux / Mac) with working front camera as
webcam.
2. Scanned copy of official Photo ID in jpg format must be available on device being used
for taking the test (File size less than 100kb) If Hall-ticket does not have colour clear
photograph you can use any Valid ID with colour clear photo (You can use Hall-ticket,
Aadhaar card, PAN card, College ID etc.)
3. For Clear photo ID you can use DigiLocker App to download aadhaar or any other photo
ID.
4. Make sure you are using updated browser such as (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox)
in incognito mode.
5. Must have an active internet connection.
6. Also make sure your mobile or laptop is fully charged.
7. Keep required stationery handy with you (pencil, pen, rough sheet etc.)

Candidate Instructions:
1. To appear for the examination, click on this link: https://exam.puapps.in
2. Please check your Hall-ticket for Username and Password for exam.
3. Make sure your browser is allow to access Camera
4. Please click on “Select File” & upload your Photo ID (Hall-ticket). (Photo ID must be in
JPG format only. less than 100kb) It is Compulsory to upload ID proof.
5. For photo ID you can upload your any valid ID (Hall-ticket, Aadhaar Card PAN card,
College ID etc.) which has your recent photograph.
6. We will be monitoring the examination. Any malpractices found on your end will not
allow you to continue the examination and you will be disqualified. You will see various
warnings before you disconnect. (*Please be alone in the room during the examination.)
7. Candidate may click on the “Submit Test” button if he/she wants to submit/end the test
before the timer expires. If time expires, the exam will be submitted automatically.

Hall Ticket Photo ID Verification

(फोटो आय डी पडताळणी)

1. Please click on “Select File” & upload your Photo ID .(For Photo ID you can upload your
Hall-ticket, Aadhaar card, PAN card, College ID etc. which has your recent photograph)
Select File वर क्लिक करून आपिे फोटो ओळखपत्र अपिोर् करा.
2. Photo ID must be in JPG format only.
फोटो JPG format मध्येच असिे आवश्यक आहे .
3. The scanned image size must be less than 100kb.
फोटो ची साईझ १०० KB पेक्षा कमी असिे आवश्यक आहे .
4. Look into the webcam so that the system verifies your face for authentication.
आपिा चेहरा वेबकॅम च्या समोर आणा जेिेकरून ससस्टीम आपिा चेहरा आपल्या फोटो

ओळखपत्रा बरोबर तपासून पाहू शकेि.

5. During authentication if your face does not match with the uploaded photo Id you will be
not allowed to start the examination.
फोटो पर्ताळिी मध्ये आपिा चेहरा मैच न झाल्यास आपल्यािा परीक्षा दे ता येिार नाही.
6. Your exam timer will ONLY start after the photo successfully matched.
आपिा फोटो यशस्वीरीत्या मैच झाल्यानंतरच आपिी परीक्षा चािू होईि.

Webcam / Photo Capturing

1. The Webcam captures your face randomly for security purposes and verifies various
aspects to ensure integrity of examinations.
वेबकॅम द्वारा परीक्षा सुरु असतांना तुमचे वेळोवेळी फोटो काढिे जातीि, व आपि काही गैरप्रकार
करीत नाही आहात न याची सतत पर्ताळिी होत राहीि.
2. University will be monitoring the examination. Any malpractices found on your end will
disallow you to continue the examinations. You will see various warnings before you are
disconnected
आम्ही आपल्या परीक्षेचे सतत पयडवेक्षि करीत राहू. काही गैरप्रकार आढळल्यास ववद्यार्थयाडस
परीक्षेतून बाद करण्यात येईि. ववद्यार्थयाडस वेळोवेळी सूचना/ ताकीद स्रीन वर ददिी जाईि
3. Please be alone in the room during the examination.
परीक्षा दे ताना ववद्यार्थी बसिा असेि त्या खोिीत ववद्यार्थी सोर्ून दस
ु रे कोिीही असता कामा

4. Ensure there is no noise, or no one is talking in the room during the examination.

5. During monitoring if more than one person is found in the nearby areas your examination
will put on hold and further action would be taken.

STEPS FOR SYSTEM FUNCTIONS

Examination page is displayed to user after successful login. Following sections explain different
parts of examination page.
आपिे िॉगीन झाल्यावर आपिांस परीक्षेच्या पेज वर प्रवेश दे ण्यात येईि.

1. Candidate’s Information
 Candidate’s full name is displayed at top-left of the page.
 पेज च्या वरीि र्ाव्या कोपऱ्यात ववद्यार्थयाडचे पूिड नाव ददसेि
2. Timer
 Your remaining exam time will be displayed at top-right of the page.
 आपिा परीक्षेत उरिेिा वेळ आपल्यािा स्रीन च्या वरीि उजव्या कोपऱ्यात ददसत राहीि
3. Question Information
 Question number, marks for question, bookmark of question is displayed in this
section which appears below the top row.
 प्रश्न रमांक, प्रश्नाचे गुि, बुकमाकड, हे सवाडत वरच्या ओळीत ददसतीि
4. Question Description
 This section (light gray box) is the actual question displayed to user.
 फफलया राखार्ी रं गात ववद्यार्थयाडस प्रश्न ददसेि.
5. Options
 This section displays all options available for the question displayed above.
Candidate should click on one of the options to mark their answer.
 या भागात उत्तराचे सवड पयाडय ददसतीि. ववद्यार्थयाडने क्लिक करून योग्य पयाडय ननवर्िे
अपेक्षक्षत आहे .

6. Navigation
 Bottom-center of exam page has four navigation links (First, Previous, Next, Last) to
move across questions.
 परीक्षेच्या पेज वर सवाडत खािी मध्यभागी असिेल्या First, Previous, Next, Last या कीज
वापरून ववद्यार्थी कोित्याही प्रश्नावर जाऊ शकेि.
7. Questions, Bookmark, Invalid
 Bottom-left of the page has three buttons. Clicking on “Questions” buttons shows
list of questions (Explained later).
 पेजच्या सवाडत खािीि भागात र्ावीकर्े “Questions” बटि आहे त. “Questions” क्लिक
केल्यावर ववद्यार्थयाडस प्रश्नांची अनुरमणिका ददसेि.
 Clicking on “Bookmark” button adds a bookmark icon to the question in case user
wants to revisit (go back to) the question later.
 “Bookmark” वर क्लिक केल्यावर स्रीनवरीि प्रश्न बक ु माकड केिा जाईि, ज्यायोगे
ववद्यार्थयाडस त्या प्रश्नावर परत जािे सोयीस्कर होईि.
 Clicking on “Invalid” button adds Invalid icon to the question in case user believes
the answers are incorrect.
 “अवैध”बटिावर क्लिक केल्याने प्रश्नावर अवैध गचन्ह जोर्िे जाते. जर वापरकत्याडची
खात्री असेि की उत्तरे चक ु ीची आहे त.
8. Clear and Submit Test
 Bottom-right of the page has two buttons. Clicking on “Clear” deselects/clears the
options for answers selected by the candidate. Clicking on “Submit Test” button
prompts candidate to confirm, whether that candidate wants to Submit/End Test.
 पेजच्या सवाडत खािीि भागात उजवीकर्े “Clear” व “Submit test” ही बटिे आहे त. Clear
वर क्लिक केल्यास ववद्यार्थयाडने ननवर्िेिा पयाडय रद्द होऊन त्यास दसु रा पयाडय ननवर्ता
येईि. Submit test वर क्लिक केल्यावर ससस्टीम ववद्यार्थयाडस “तुम्हािा नलकी टे स्ट
सबसमट करायची आहे न?” हे इंग्रजीत ववचारे ि, व ववद्यार्थयाडने कन्फमड केल्यावर त्याची
टे स्ट सबसमट होईि.

9. Select Option
 Clicking on one of the radio buttons next to option selects and saves the option for
the question displayed. If the option is saved successfully, a green notification bar
confirming save is displayed at top of the page.
 पयाडयाच्या र्ावीकर्ीि बटनावर क्लिक केल्यावर तो पयाडय ननवर्िा जाईि. ननवर्िेिा
पयाडय सेव्ह झाल्याचे ववद्यार्थयाडस पेज च्या सवाडत वरीि भागात दहरव्या नोटीफीकेशन बार
द्वारा सगू चत केिे जाईि
10. Saved Message
 A green notification bar confirming save is displayed at top of the page. In case of
any error, a red bar appears. Candidate should immediately notify administrators in
case of error.
 प्रश्न सेव्ह करताना काही एरर झािा तर ववद्यार्थयाडस िाि रं गाचा नोटीफीकेशन बार मध्ये
एरर ददसेि. असा काही एरर आल्यास ववद्यार्थयाडने त्वरीत administrator बरोबर संपकड
साधावा
 Candidate should close his browser, post his query on the Support group to get
solution for his query and login again.
 एरर आल्यास ववद्यार्थयाडने ब्राउझर बंद करावा, आपिी शंका/ अर्चि सपोटड ग्रुप वर पोस्ट
करावी, व अर्चि सोर्विी गेल्यावर पुन्हा िॉगीन करावे.

11. Clear Option

 Clicking on “Clear” button deselects the option for the displayed question if the
candidate has selected one. If no option was selected, this button does not have
any effect.

12. Clear Message

 A light-yellow bar confirming clear appears on top of the page if the option was
cleared for the question successfully.
 ववद्यार्थयाडचा पयाडय रद्द झाल्याचे त्यािा वपवळ्या रं गाच्या नोटीफीकेशन बार द्वारा सूगचत
केिे जाईि.

13. Questions Button

 Clicking on “Questions” button display’s candidates’ responses to each question.
 “Questions” बटि क्लिक केल्यावर ववद्यार्थयाडने प्रत्येक प्रश्नास ननवर्िेिे पयाडय
ददसतीि.

14. List of Questions

 This section/table shows all questions along with option selected by the candidate
for each question. It also shows bookmarks if any. Question numbers are clickable
and will take the candidate directly to the particular clicked question.
 या कोष्टकात ववद्यार्थयाडस सारे प्रश्न व त्यांच्या उत्तराचे ववद्यार्थयाडने ननवर्िेिे पयाडय
ददसतीि. काही प्रश्न बुकमाकड केिेिे असतीि तर तेही ददसतीि. प्रश्न रमांकावर क्लिक
केल्यास ववद्यार्थयाडस त्या प्रश्नावर जाता येईि.

15. Bookmark Button

 Clicking on “Bookmark” button marks the displayed question with the bookmark
icon. Bookmarks are useful if the candidate wants to revisit (go back to) a question
later.
 “Bookmark” बटिावर क्लिक केल्यास बुकमाकड केिेिे सारे प्रश्न ददसतीि. ववद्यार्थयाडस
काही प्रश्नाची उत्तरे ववचार करून नंतर द्यावेसे वाटल्यास बुकमाकड बटिाचा उपयोग करता

16. Bookmark Icon
 Bookmark icon is displayed in the question information section of the page
alongside question number and marks.

17. Invalid Button

 Clicking on the “Invalid” button marks the displayed question with Invalid icon.
Invalid is useful if the candidate believes the answers are incorrect.
 “Invalid” बटिावर क्लिक केल्याने प्रदसशडत गचन्हास अवैध गचन्हासह गचन्हांफकत केिे जाते.

18. Invalid Icon

 Invalid icon is displayed in the question information section of the page alongside
question number and marks.
 Question पष्ृ ठाच्या प्रश्न मादहती ववभागात प्रश्न गचन्ह आणि गि ु ांसह अवैध गचन्ह
प्रदसशडत केिे जाईि.

19. Submit Button

 Candidate may click on the “Submit Test” button if he/she wants to submit/end the
test before the timer expires. If time expires, the exam will be submitted
automatically candidate exam is submitted automatically.
 परीक्षेचा पेपर वेळेआधीच सबसमट करावयाचा असल्यास ववद्यार्थयाडने सबसमट बटि दाबावे.
वेळ संपल्यावर परीक्षेचा पेपर आपोआप सबसमट होईि.

20. Submit Confirmation Message Button

 A confirmation message is displayed before submitting the test. Candidate should

choose carefully. Tests once submitted cannot be re-opened.
 ववद्यार्थयाडने सबसमट बटि दाबल्यास त्यािा वरीिप्रमािे कन्फमेशन मेसेज ददसेि. त्याने
कन्फमड केल्यावरच परीक्षा सबसमट होईि. एकदा सबममट झालेला पेपर पन् ु हा ववद्यार्थयाास
दे ता येणार नाही.
