Packing No.2 Has two Packing machine. Each packing machine feed
from two cement silo's.
There are two Bulk Cement lines . Silo's No. 36 & 37 feed one Bulk
Cement line.

In Packing Line No.3 there are four silo's feed four Packing machines.
All silo's feed all machines because the line is like the net.

There Are 3 silo's feed 4 Bulk Cement line in packing line No.3

There are 3 silo's feed 6 bulk cement lines and 5 packing machine.
Packing Operation
-Cement will come from silo to bucket elevator.
Side pipe
-The cement which are pass the screen will go to the hopper
-From the hopper cement will move to the packing machine
-If the weight good the cement bag's will go to the truck.
-If the weight more or less the error range will go to bag's crusher's.
Bulk Cement
There is like a deal between the cement producer and the customer to
select the empty truck weight and weight the truck after loading the bulk
cement. They weighted the empty truck then registration in the computer
and select the quantity that the truck will need it. Truck will stop on the
balance, The computer will control the balance.
The feeder will stop if the balance reach the selected weight for the truck.
We give the customer a card. This card has the needed quantity of cement
for each truck. The truck driver will pass a card on the machine and
select the place of the feeder and it will fill the truck automatic.
Bag Cement
We weighted the truck when its empty the we weighted after load it and
we calculate the weight different which should equal the total weight of
the bag cement.
Cement must be packed in a tight bag's with 50kg to make the one ton
equal 20 bag's.
