    Considering the current situation with COVID – 19, the company has implemented several precautionary
    measures to limit the spread of the novel Corona virus. Because of the implementation of such
    measures and due to the resultant impact to business, reorganization of work has been undertaken.

    In order to preserve the interest of the employee and company during this period, work has accordingly
    been planned.

    Due to this situation, we regret to inform you that your employment will stand down temporarily for
    your health and safety.

    This stand down will take effect immediately and we anticipate that it will last until further notice. We
    want to emphasize that this stand down is temporarily and that, while it is unfortunate, we look forward
    to your return once the business resumes.
