Subject: COVID19: Return to Work Policy

Dear Aamir,

I am happy to learn that you are recovering fast from COVID19. I just wanted to inform you that
our company has taken following steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at workplace:

1. As a measure to ensure business continuity, the staff is divided into two groups with a
buffer time between both shifts. Only critical staff is required to be present physically in
the office rest will continue to work from home until further decision.
2. The employees returning to work are required to complete training on “return to work”.
3. The employees returning to work are required to submit “return to work checklist”.
4. The company is providing masks and hand sanitizer to everyone visiting our office;
hence a strict compliance is solicited from everyone.
5. Cleaning hands at office entrance is required for everyone.
6. Every employee or visitor is required to be screened for fever and other noticeable
symptoms at entrance on daily basis.
7. Everyone within premises needs to maintain safe distance of atleast 2 meters from
others at all time during work & non work-related activities.
8. Those suffering with flu, fever, headache or other COVID-19 symptoms must not reach
office without inform his/her team lead.
9. Employees with recent travel history need to work from home for atleast two week
before joining the office.

The staff needs to abide by all the guidelines mentioned above.

For your convenience, I have attached WorkplaceStaff.xlsx, RTW.xlsx & TrainingRTW.pptx with
this email, you are requested to go through them carefully and take necessary actions before
you join.

Again, wishing a quick recovery and a healthy life ahead.

Regards, Adnan
