I. SELLING AGENCY:

1. EMI option to be introduced in buying of material to the customer. Even EMI


option to be introduced in all our other portals also. When the credit facility
extends automatically large number of customs shows interest in doing

and we should make them to convenient for giving loans to small MSME /
vendors for buying of scrap etc.,
3. It is also one of the pillar for “ATMANIRBHAR” to encourage small industrial
institutions / vendors / organizations and also to improve our business growth.
4. Registration fee to be reduced to be the extent possible so that large number of
enthusiastic customers to register in our portal.
5. It is advised to registration fee upto: Rs.3,5000/- for 1 year, Rs.5,000/- for 2
years and Rs.10,000/- for 5 years and Rs.20,000/- for lifetime buyer
registration.

better business prospects.

Have to be well conversant to the challenges taking by the private IT sector / e-


commerce companies, even we should ready to update all employees accordingly with
new technologies and we may appoint instructors on weekly basis for innovative
technologies introduced in the retail sector.

A separate marketing & strategy team to be appointed exclusively for retail software
within the professionally appointed / already appointed young and dynamic result
oriented and ready to take challenges by enthusiastic employees.

4. E-COMMERCE:

RAKAM/ JAIVIKKHETI PORTAL.

We may design single website for all the needs in e-commerce by searching, one
can find out their respective material / items in the website.

MSTC is already in e-commerce business it have vast business potential in the e-


commerce industry. In the era of globalization to meet the global standards, we
should adopt the work culture which needs to suits to the best in the industry.

E-commerce is vast area and there is no limitation for business expansion in the
area of e-commerce. Besides, Agri produce / Metal mandi /e-Rakam, we can also
put other material like government linked Handloom clothes / O-Optex stores in AP
(for cloths sales)/ respective State cloth industries and toy making industries.

And toys like LACQUER TOYS (Kondapalli / Lepakshi) and other state also having
their own handicraft toys / other special toys in other states may be put into
specially designed / already designed website which will be customized according
to the present need may be put up for sale.

advertisements if we are ready to organize and we may also collect some buyer
hidden charges by selling different items through website. We must add the seller
for fee cost for selling their items through our website.

expands to more and more people. If you count our strength it is 500 members and
our principal base is 2000 and our customer base is 1,00,000 plus. It would be atleast
a million shares / view / likes in a day /week / month to grow our company
prominence.

15. And also once auction / sale / purchase and procurement / online sale of material /
items we may also ask vendor / principal / customer for their view / comment. So,
that we may improve our business model in future business prospects.
