The long quarantine is finally over and people can return to their normal activities. The author has a long list of things they want to do now that freedom has returned, including visiting family in Manila to meet a newborn niece or nephew, reconnecting with friends by returning to school and playing basketball, and meeting new teachers. While quarantine felt like being imprisoned in one's own home through no fault of their own, the author is glad it is over and hopes it does not return.

Finally, the long wait is over, quarantine has ended.
We can go back to the things that we
used to do. In my case, since the first day without quarantine has come, the feeling of having freedom is coming back to my senses. I have a long list of things that I want to do. The first thing I want to do is going to Manila with my family to meet my sister and brother-in-law with their newborn child. Then, going back to school is my greatest desire, chit-chatting with my friends, playing basketball with them, meeting new faculty members and many more. During the quarantine, we are jailed within our houses, especially here in the Philippines and it is not even our fault in the first place. But it is really great that everything is over, we just hope that it will never come back again.
