For Transferees:

– Consideration for transferees is subject to slot availability.
– For those with CET, cut-off score is still applied
– For those without CET, students applications will be handled

– Criteria/guidelines:

A weighted GPA of 85% and above is required of transferees coming
from private HEI. Applicants from SUC will be given consideration.

A minimum of 50% of the course shall be taken in the University.

A minimum of 24 units have been earned from other institutions.

– For the science laboratory, CSM will issue the list of
students with accountabilities. Please coordinate
with the student and CSM with the details.

For old/returning students, COR may be printed at the
college using the Enlistment module (LAN-connected)

For new students, COR will be printed by the Admissions
office (based on the official list sent to Admissions Office)

In compliance to IATF guidelines and health safety
protocols, set an appointment schedule for the release of
COR.

Make sure that students pay the Digest Fee before releasing
the COR. NOTE: As of the moment, no confirmation yet as to
the other local fees. Kindly inform the students about this prior
to the appointment.
