ABSTRACT

Hiyas: a Mixed Use Development For Commercial Trade and

Technology Complex. Enhancing The Competitive jewelry Industry in

Meycuayan Bulacan.

Meycuayan City Bulacan is known to be “fine jewelry capital of the

Philippines”. Most of the manufacturing of jewelry came from meycuayan.

In recent years the jewelry industry in meycuayan is facing challenges the

number of jewelry makers have decrease that can affect a production of

jewlry.

The Hiyas a facility that promote jewelry production that can gain

access to profitable markets and educate jewelry maker to enhance their

knowledge and train in improving production quantity and quality. To attract

investor to invest in jewelry industry

Hiyas expands economic opportunities and increase productivity to

uplit the industry. It can create jobs, enhance income the of local jewelry

maker.
