all be for 90 minutes only (an hour and half).

PART 1

ITEM 1: What are the main differences between two rental advertisements below.
Discuss them one by one (4 points)
ANSWER (1): They are different in structural design, the price, the view. The
first picture looks like a condo unit while the second one looks like a house.

ITEM 2: Why did the agency put a logo on the advertisement? What is the purpose of
the logo? (3 points)

ANSWER (2):

The agency wants to introduce the company by showing its logo. A logo is a essential
to a company or organization it is because it serves as the face or identification of the
company and it will help the consumers to recognize a company.

ITEM 3: Below is a sample of a rental property advertisement. Revise and find


as many mistakes as you can in terms of spelling, grammar, content, punctuation
and information provided and highlight what you have corrected. ( 7 points)

PART 2

Step 1:
Create an account. You can use your

Mail and facebook account. You also
choose the sign up for free
Step 2: Click create form

Step 3: Click start from scratch

Step 4: Click the classic form


Step 5: Add form element. Insert the questions that you want to ask including name,
email address, captcha etc.

Step 6: Click the form designer at right side corner if you want to add themes, color, style and layouts.

Step 7: Click preview form


Step 8: Publish. You can choose save as pdf or copy link

Step 9: Fill out the form and submit

Step 10: once you submitted your form go back to your page click the form builder and look for
submissions and download as PDF file.
PART 3

As a Virtual Assistant, part of your responsibility is to transcribe


for your client. Listen to the video below and transcribe at least its
first 2 minutes. (10 points)

ANSWER (PART 3):

There are two things that may be very happy the first one was the actual
implementation crisis it was uhm so well instruction as implementing the VA intra
business was made really easy. The second was when we lose one of VA’s so had a
very very long basically on we have to do anything to get the second get new VA set
up. PMVA look up after all of that made me very very happy.

PMVA has been great to work with its given me the confidence with delivering my
clients quality each time so I know that the work done in monitor not by me but from
the team members managing my VA’s work.
The reason we chose PMVA we do a lot of research ah we had a different outsourcing
company all around are actually new of tiffany ahm from a previous job that I was
employed that ahm so I knew she had a lot of experience in property management and
property management training and after doing a research we just felt that ah she was
had the right experience for us and she was gonna be the best person to that can see
him
