LEARNING ACTIVITY 1

EVIDENCE: LIFELONG LEARNER

One of my successful learning experiences is in the place where I work since I
have had several promotions in which I have learned new things in each of the
positions that I have had and each time I learn more and have new experiences,
and thus I was getting the forward operation achieving the best results of the
company.

1. What did you learn?

I learned to handle new processes and to carry out the organization of the tasks
that arise in the company.
2. Why did you decide to learn it?
I decided to learn it to be able to help in the processes that the company has
and thus be able to move them forward.
3. How did you learn it?
Every day practicing the process and making it better.
4. When did you learn it?
I learned it daily helping in the process.
