The proposed topic of my project study is DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT


OF ARM REST FOR WAITERS VEST. The objectives of the study are:

1. Design and develop arm rest for waiter’s vest.

2. Test the project in terms of:

a. Functionality

b. Efficiency

3. Revise malfunctioning parts of the project.

The respondents of the said study are the following:

a. One (1) Trainer under Food and Beverage Services NC II

b. Twenty-four (24) trainees in lined with Food and Beverage


Services NC II.
c. Five (5) waiter in General Santos City

d. Five (5) TLE teachers under SHS

e. Ten (10) SHS students in lined with food and beverage services

I am hereby seeking your consent to conduct surveys in food and


beverage services qualification using the technical output (developed arm rest
for waiter’s vest) for one hour or two and answer the survey. To assist you in
reaching your decision, attached herewith is the research instrument which I
intend to use in my research.
