1. Are you a member of any organization? If yes, enumerate those

organization.
- I am a member of organization like the LGU Cooperatives because of my
mother but I was not able to interview her that’s why I interviewed someone
who is also a part of organization.

2. Choose one organization (of which you are a member) and discuss the
following.
- I am a member of organization but I am not that active so I chose someone
who is active in her organization. She’s my friend and she is a member of
political science society in their school.

A. What is the name of the organization?

- POLITICAL SCIENCE SOCIETY

B. When was it organized?

-According to her, she doesn’t know when it was organized but it is an
organization in their school.

C. What are the goal/objectives of the organization?

- To gather the political science students from the university and together
formulate plans and activities that can help others.

D. Why was it organized?

- It was organized to develop and hone the skills and abilities of the students
even outside the cornes of the classroom.

E. How was it organized?

- It was first initiated by a faculty member and supported by the students the
reason why it was approved by the admin.

F. Were there any outside institutions or organizers that helped in the

organizing process?
- In terms of activities, the organization collaborates with outside institution
(e.g DEPED and Local Government) to make the plans possible.

G. What are the current activities/projects of the organization?

- Recently, upon the celebration of the UN day. A seminar was conducted by
the organization attended by speakers from prestigious schools like UST and
UP.

H. What are the basic duties and responsibilities of the officers and members?
-The most basic duty is to contribute in the planning and in the preparation of
the actual activity.

J. Is the organization registered? (Accredited by the LGUs, universities, etc)

-Definitely yes, the university do not allow organizations to conduct activities
unless it was accredited and approved.

K. What are the future plans of the organization?

-The organization have plans to gather the political science students from the
region to form a bigger organization with complex plans and activities.
