4. Lead time delivery from down payment

Production & Delivery Time: 6 - 8 weeks from order confirmation, material approval, and down payment.

5. Facilities
Facilities that should be provided by the employer during installation work are : electricity, lighting, water resources, on site store
room, and elevator facility

6. Storage charges
Decorous reserve the right to impose storage charges after 2 (two) weeks from initial date goods arrive at Decorous storage
facility. Cost shall be advice upon request

7. Cancellation
All orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable

8. Delivery dates
All delivery dates are approximate, Delivery dates given by Decorous based in prompt receipt of all necessary information
regarding the order. Decorous will use reasonable efforts to meet such delivery dates, but does not guarantee to meet such dates.
Failure by Decorous to meet any delivery date does not constitute a cause for cancellation and/or for damages of any kind. Time
delivery shall not be of the essence.

9. Validity of Quote
30 (thirty) days
