1. Introduction

 The customer is also tasked with designing the Road Project.

 Site visit with the contractor has been made.
 Commencement letter shall be given to the contractor by us of
tomorrow.
 Access to site has been given to the contractor.
 Sump sum contract
 Telegram group for the project will be launched by the client.

2. Consultant’s Mobilization
 Transport
 Office accommodation
 No permanent residence for site
 Design has been initialized by the contractor
 Material /Equipment’s has been mobilized
 Quality site has been selected
 Re-surveyor, Highway Engineer need Early

 Two cars have been already bought the remaining rental

 Debretabor /location of hotel
 Early mobilization requested by the contractor to the consultant.

 The design has been outsourced to another consultant. It needs

approval from us.

 Mobile crusher has been mobilized
 Paver has been purchased by the contractor. It will be mobilized
by the contract.
 The quarry has been requested to the werda (Local administration
) existing Quarry.
 8km away from the existing Road (Quarry site)
 PURCHASE OF Laboratory Equipment’s on the process
 Route selection report has been submitted by the contractor to
the client. It has been commented by the client will be given to us
for further review and comments.

 Review of the design & approval Early

 Route selection /Departure.

 The society is willing to let go the land /no problem with ROW
 Advance payment has been processed for the contractor.
 New format for Ipc sheet
 Communication Through E-mail unless it is highly critical /Relevant
shall be given by hardcopy.
 Era Quality management manual.

 7 Volumes
 Performance appraisal every quarterly will be done for all the parities:
Client, Contractors, consultant …
 Performance appraisal system
 Soft Copy from the client

 Quality control manual

 Quality Assurance has been submitted the client by the contractor will
be forwarded to us.
 Route Selection Report
 From contractor Consultant
 Mobilization till Friday /this week
 RE, Surveyor, Highway, Structure
 This week mobilization to the site
 Residence location selection either Kimir-Dingay /Debretabor
