We Buy the Electronic waste from the who wants to sell their unnecessary, unneeded
electronic wastes. Those people can login our website and put a request for the take out their
unneeded electronic waste ,then our agent go to their location and collect that product by
checking and give them a reasonable price .After collecting the waste we separate the different
particle from the waste and define which particle can be refine. After separating useable particle,
we send them to our local partners for sake of selling. With that process we can fulfill our
resources providers (General people) need with provide a reasonable price, also we can get a
Profit by selling from our buyers (Local Partners). Maintain promptness in delivery; take back
flawed products; personally, ship products by company-personnel; physically wait till packaging
opened, checked and approved by customers

Go Clean Revenue Model
We drive revenue from the selling of our collected useable particle from the general people to the
partners. We use Business to consumer(B2C) and Business to Business(B2B) Both revenue
style. After purchasing the useable waste from people, we are supplying electronic parts to local
electronic businesses; selling produced e-waste after recycling to scrap-collectors.

Market Segmentation
We use Niche market strategy to selling the product and Mass market strategy to buying the
product. All over the people in a certain location is our Suppliers and A specific group who need
your product is our buyer just like: -Local electronic brands; brand that import electronic parts
from abroad; initially based in cities – Dhaka, Sylhet, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna.

Pricing Strategy we are going to follow up. The 4p is the reasonable: -

That will be the collected e waste from the mass supplier

It will be fixed after defining how much the particle can be useable for further

Local area is going to our market place. We start up from our country and we have 5 branches
- Dhaka, Sylhet, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna
 Promotion
It will be our Facebook page, our web site. We also arrange some social event, seminar to
keep our environment healthy and raise the awareness to mass people.
Marketplace structure
We use Auction market, Where the supplier intended to get a highest benefit and we want to
catch up that with a reasonable price, On the other hand we want to get max profit from our
partners, but they intended to negotiate that price. So that’s seems our market place allow
negotiate to the both parties.
