How can knowing

oneself make someone

a better person?
It's hard when I feel like that I don't know my
own self sometimes I don't know my attitude,
my behavior towards other what I like or
dislike what is my strength and weaknesses I
experienced that when I was junior high
school I’m 14 or 15 yrs. old when I became
confused of my own attitude, I have faked my
emotion ask myself why I feel like

I don't know who I am anymore. I feel like

I am unsure of myself that I don't have
confidence or rather low self-esteem. I
didn't know what to think and it took some
time. Knowing yourself comes from
encountering unexpected circumstances and
learning over and over how to love yourself
but at the same time meeting some new
friends.
The first thing I did I tried to make new friends and
unexpectedly they are still my friends and I never
thought that they are the one I can be with through
ups and down because of them little by little I get to
know myself what is my attitude, behavior, what I
like or dislike, and strengths and weaknesses. Love
yourself, to allow yourself to be open, and be honest
about your past and learn to forgive yourself for
being human and forgive others because they are
human too. We all have different paths and our life
never takes a straight path.
It is true that if you want to be a better person, you must
know yourself. You have to look inside and understand all
the things in your mind and body. Knowing oneself is
digging deeply into yourself looking for positive things,
and bad things and realizing them. You can decide which
one is good and bad for your future self. You have to keep
the good ones and improve them and you have to throw the
bad ones. You can search for an advice from you friends,
family and motivators. But before you take those advices
you need to know if you have the ability to do that.
Knowing oneself allows us to understand that each of us
has own circumstances in life that makes us who we are
