DESCRIPTION
 This project would be based on the covered
court in a certain Barangay in Lucena City,
Philippines, for it can accommodate a lot of
people like street children and homeless people
that will support the program in order to be a
successful one in helping them in giving some
nutrients through good food.

In order to spread a health awareness, in terms of the food they

eat and having a complete meal everyday is a good thing,
though we are not sure if these are nutritious and healthy foods.
That is why, we are proposing a feeding program for all the
street children and homeless people.

The goal and objective of this program is to spread community

awareness of hunger and to assist every school in need. With 1 in
every 5 children in need, hunger touches all of us, whether those
struggling are our neighbors, school friends, or work colleagues.
With ongoing community support we believe we can alleviate
hunger in our community! We are fortunate to work with many
great organizations whose mission is to eliminate food
insecurities.
 PRODUCT NEEDS
AND COST
The budget for this project is Php 110, 000 per
year. The ingredients for the foods and
necessary materials for the set-up of the project
like the rented tables and chairs are already
included.
This budget includes the costs of arranging the
events place, the water to be distributed to the
people who will attend the said program, the
container and utensils will be a necessity since
the food will be placed inside it.

As stated below, the needs and cost that will serve as the first
step in conducting our project, this will be the guide to be our
gateway in having a successful project – the feeding program.

 RATIONALE
This world faces a terrible issue in world hunger,
many people suffer from hunger most of them are
homeless they used not to eat three times day, because
of lack of food in for themselves. Most of this people
are children they do not have a proper maintenance on
their body, making their selves die because of hunger.

This project is conducted to resolve and reduce all those cases in order
to make those children satisfied they will have at least one to two meal a
day in free. To an effort to help the youths in disadvantaged situation,
we must vigorously push for more human resource development
programs and leadership capability building activities.

One common problem in our community is food. Almost every

Filipino are suffering hunger and are starving to death. That affects our
children and their growth. There are about 6 million malnourished
children on the Philippines. With the help of every foundation,
organizations, individual and our government.

We can start a program that could help the children on our

society on this dilemma. Feeding program is the most
outreached solution we could offer to our society. "basically,
it’s a best preparation to preschool students on public school
so they will encourage to eat healthy and their health are to
be monitored weekly if there are any progress and
development.
 INTRODUCT
IONIn order to make this project possible both
organizations should collaborate:
Barangay serves as the primary planning for the said
project, there will be the one who will help us in
implementing the project in all government policies
and programs to conduct this kind of project.
Conducting an agenda to have a planning wherein we
will tackle all the said plans in conducting this project,
they will serve as a big help to our program.

Non-Government Organizations like PEARLS provides healthy

meals to the malnourished kids and to ensure that they do not go
to school with empty stomach they conduct this all over the
Philippines. On the other hand, Philippine Red Cross can help us
in providing a service for some free checkups to all those people
who are included in the said program.

A Homeowners Association this association will help us in

providing us a place wherein we should conduct our plan
and introduce in the people who lived there and they will
be familiarized on the said program, they will be able to
cooperate on the program and help us in conducting this.

In cooperation with Rated K, this program has been looking

forward towards the help of Rated K who is under the
management of ABS-CBN and Mrs. Korina Sanchez-Roxas
conducts a program for those people who badly needs a necessity
for themselves. This program on which they will provide some of
our needs in proposing this project.
