2 The Contactor shall abide by the Labour Laws.
3 Conditional Tender shall not be considered and shall be returned to the tenderer without taking any cognigence thereof.
4 Signature on Schedule 'G' shall be treated as agreement between the Departement and the tenderer and would mean

6 In case of any error in typing and clerical nomenclature, calculations & rates shown in schedule "G", the
nomenclature/Rates as given in BSR of S.E. P.W.D. Circle, Bharatpur (Dist. Bharatpur) BSR 2019 for Road, be taken as
correct and corrigendum / addendum time to time.

8 The payment of work shall be made after receipt of credit limit under the execution head of work. For delay of payment, no
interest shall be paid to the contractor.

9 The tender should be accompained with GST clearance certificate from the competent authorities, without which the
tender will not be entertained.
