Air Compressor Operation

Before starting air compressor run these checks:

1- Make sure air inlet is clear of restrictions.
2- Check compressor oil level.
3- Check air receiver inlet open.
4- Drain compressor first and second stage.
5- Drain air receiver.
6- Check pressure state adjustment.
7- Power on the panel.

Auto Start/Stop mode :

1- Turn the selector switch to “Auto”.
2- When the pressure comes to low set point the compressor start
automatically.
3- When the pressure comes to high set point the compressor stop
automatically.

Manual start/stop mode :

1- Turn the selector switch to “Manual”.
2- Press “Start” push button to start the compressor.
3- When pressure comes to desired value Press “Stop” push button to
stop the compressor.

Off mode :
Turn the selector switch to “Off” to stop the compressor.

Priority selection :
To select which compressor has the priority to start as Master and
which is to be the Sleeve compressor.
