LUBE OIL PURIFIER OPERATION

Caution:-

Make sure that only ONE engine inlet and outlet valves are open,
and the other engine valves are close.

Make sure lube oil replenishing line valves are closed.
Starting lube oil purifier:-
1- Open inlet water valve and air control pressure valve.
2- Open suction valve from the engine sump and suction cock to filters.
3- Make sure that purifier pump suction valve, heater inlet valve ,purifier inlet valve
and circulation valve are open.
4- Open cock to engine and engine sump delivery valve.
5- Engage purifier circuit breaker at main switch board.
6- Switch power key on at motor panel, heaters panel and control panel and turn off
the “MM FUNC.” At control panel.
7- Press start push-button at purifier motor panel “starting current 8.5 Amp”.
8- The yellow led at heaters panel will turn off and the interlock between heaters and
pump pressure will open.
9- Switch the selector at heaters panel to the number of heaters needed for the
operation “1 to 4 “heaters, the heaters will turn on we will see the green led on.
Note: the difference between each heater and the next “For example R1 and R2” is
5ºC and the setting for temperature “60 to 80ºC”, high temperature alarm at 90ºC.
10-when the temperature reaches to each heater adjustment the heater will turn off
and we will see it’s led off.
11-when all heaters led are off press “auto start” at control panel.
12-the control elements will function automatically to flush the purifier and make the
water seal, we can observe that through control panel led ”SV1,SV2,SV3” function
sequence.
13-After that the 3-way valve will open automatically according to signal activates air
pressure “0.5 to 0.7MPa” to the valve, the 3-way valve led “SV4” and the feeding
led will turn on “Manually regulate the flow control valve to adjust the flow rate
between 600 to 1000L/Hr also regulate pressure control valve to adjust the
pressure between 0.122 to 0.180MPa”.
14-after adjusting flow rate and pressure the yellow led above multi-monitor will flash
“this means the purifier working properly”.
15-press the “MM FUNC.” On to activate the alarms.
Note :- the purifier perform self clean every 60 min.
Stopping lube oil purifier:-
1- Press “auto stop” at control panel The purifier will make self clean, wait until motor
led turn off then turn off the hearts selector at heaters panel.
2- Power off all panels and disengage purifier circuit breaker at main switch board.
3- Close inlet water valve and air control pressure valve.
4- Close suction valve from the engine sump and suction cock to filters.
5- Close cock to engine and engine sump delivery valve.
