Control Systems under Attacks

„ Control Systems has been targeted by Cyber

attackers, because control systems provide our local
infrastructure.
The list given below is some examples of actual
incidents that have ever happened.
‹ Uranium concentrating centrifugal separator of nuclear fuel
facility in Iran was attacked by malware named Stuxnet. The
nuclear development project was delayed because of it as a
result.
‹ Sewage treatment control system of water supply and
drainage disposal plant in Australia was hacked by attacker,
and damaged with rewritten data or disturbance of operation.
27 gallons of unprocessed waste water was discharged into
rivers and parks as a result.
