RASIC Chart – Thumb Rules

• Only one role could be responsible for a deliverable

• Deliverables should be approved by Project Manager and


Program Manager prior to being sent to Project Sponsor for
approval

• Peers could contribute and support a role in preparing a


deliverable.

• Managers will approve the deliverable prior to deliverable


being socialised with the client.
