Sub: Regarding problems in the execution of the Site- LHS/174 

Dear Sir,

             With reference to the above subject we would like to inform

you that followings are the obstacles which are hindering smooth
execution of the project.

1:-We are unable to make P.C.C due to seepage of water from

the aquifer.
 
 According to our best effort and the current engineering knowledge
base, it is impossible to execute the current requirement of the project
with due obstacles. We are proposing a solution where an authority
mandate is required which is “A granular sub-base which will stop
the sludge coming from the aquifer and can make possible the
execution of project (LHS/174).”

       We are requesting the concerned authority to give us permission

for the above extra work required to be done. 

We highly appreciate the authority for solving the above issues.
