 Implementer : 1 Drilling Team (Driller, Assistant and 3-4 people Helper)
 Time Target : 2 Months
 Geophysics Loging Unit charge / Month, if more will be calculated prorated
 Price of using the geophysical logging unit includes man power (Operator logger and
Helper)
 Mob demob cost including Unit and Man Power
 Drill Price include PVC casing and Chemical

Terms and Condition :

1. Notification
PT. Inti Bangun Mulya takes seven (7) days to prepare since the contract is signed or the Work
Order Letter (SPK) is received to mobilize personnel and equipment.
2. Payment Method
 The first payment (down payment) is 50% of the agreed contract value, the next payment
according to the progress of the work agreed upon.
 The next payment is per month, for the following month the bill is deducted from the
down payment.

3. Others
 Location entry permits, security clearance and all compensation penalties caused by third
parties or other parties of any kind in the workplace are the responsibility of the
EMPLOYEE PARTY completely.
 The validity period of this offer expires in thirty (30) days, and is negotiable according to
the wishes of PT. Krida Darma Andika
