Terms of Agreement
a. The terms of this agreement will commence on the date of execution.

b. Host’s responsibilities:
 Host must reach the venue before time to have a detailed discussion with the
celebrity & management to proceed the event.
 Host will engage public with kids activities and will distribute giveaways before
the celebrity’s arrival on stage.
 Host will deliver the script accordingly.

c. Yoyo Land Management’s responsibilities:

 YLM will provide complete safety at the event.
 YLM will make sure all the requirements of the host to be met before the event
starts.
 YLM will provide complimentary gift vouchers to the host.
