Brief introduction to 2012 R Series
2012 R Series forklift is improved on the basis of original R series forklift,
optimize each system of R series with reference of domestic and overseas
relevant products, and also improve the truck wire line and pipe line layout and
easy installation, which improve forklift usability, operability and easy
installation. Here illustrates the key spare parts of corresponding improved
system.

reduced truck body wire harness.
Optimized forklift wire harness trend
makes harness assemble and service more
convenient and beautiful.

I. About LPG Forklift
1. Add W7-Y(single, dual fuel) truck
2. The original ones adopt Japan Nissan Gasoline Engine K21, K25 as power, configure
four systems as Italy BRC dual fuel system, Italy BRC single fuel system, US IMPCO dual
fuel system and US IMPCO single fuel system. There is Y0, Y1, Y2, Y3 in the product
manual as distinction. Newly-added W51-Y, W52-Y, W52B-Y single fuel trucks are to
replace W21-Y, W22-Y, W22B-Y single fuel trucks. Now the corresponding dual fuel trucks
for W21-Y, W22-Y, W22B-Y are (BRC\IMPCO), Y0\Y2 trucks. (Notice: W22A-Y still
remains original single or dual fuel。)
Fuel system of W51-Y and W52-Y trucks are equipped with NIKKA fuel system by
Nissan Company.

Remark ：the 1t~3.5 t trucks have been added antirust antifreeze liquid, you
need not discharge the liquid even at cold winter. Add the liquid according to original
requirement if need. Replace the liquid every 2 years normally. If the truck has not
been added antirust antifreeze liquid, users can add the liquid according to
requirement. The cooling water must be discharged at winter if the truck has not been
added antirust antifreeze liquid.
