What I think about Leadership, Mentoring and Communication?

I think, “Leading something in some criteria in favor of followers is Leadership.” Leadership

defines working for a group or community to achieve some common goals, I do believe that. To
have a leadership, there must be a selected leader and the followers. Leadership can be as
wished or out of the expectations made by the followers.
In the other hand, Mentoring means to me that guiding someone in any context. Teaching is
mentoring, it is because teacher guides his/her students for the course problems. As widely I
know, guiding someone right things that can be trusted logically is mentoring.
Interacting with each other in any context is communication, I think. Communication is the
process of presenting own self in front of others to make some smooth relationship.
Communication is the way of connecting with every single human.
