1. What is self-leadership and its importance to you and to the

organization you are or might be leading?
Self-leadership is the capacity to influence and initiate one's own thoughts
and actions in order to achieve goals and build a fulfilling life. You can seek
outside perspectives and opinions from others, but eventually, you decide
on your own, encourage yourself to act, and reward yourself for success.
Leaders focus on providing guidance and direction, encourage and
motivate others to achieve the organization's goals, and contribute to the
creation of a successful environment by encouraging interaction and
cooperation among team members.

2. How self-leadership be developed in a person? Cite an example.

Simply put, leaders cannot lead until someone else follows, which implies
that strong relationships are essential. To thrive, people must connect with
one another, share trust, and form relationships. It is critical to recognize
people's worth, get to know them for who they are, and form long-lasting
relationships. Self-leadership is essential because it offers more
encouragement and dedication for actions that choose to take.
Example: As applying self-leadership to myself, my main focus is
developing genuine self-leadership to work on my mindset with the
meaning of my intentions, self-awareness, confidence, and self-efficacy to
attain my personal mastery, creating both an influence and an impact on
our environment.
