Dear Banner University Medical Center Nurse Recruiter,

I am eagerly writing in response to the New Graduate Experience offered at Banner Medical Center. I will graduate with a
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with an emphasis in Integrative Health in December 2020. I have found that
Banner’s mission and values align with both my passion for helping improve the lives of others, and interests. I believe
that the qualities I possess, such as: compassion, flexibility, openness, integrity, attention to detail, and strong patient
advocacy will make me a strong candidate for the program.

I have recently completed 180 hours during my preceptorship on a Medical/Surgical/Stroke Observation unit where I was
given the responsibility of assuming care for 3-4 patients with varying acuity levels. With this opportunity, I was able to
apply my critical thinking, assessment, communication skills, and bedside manner. In addition to this experience, I have
completed at least 500 hours of both virtual and hands-on simulations in different areas such as: Obstetrics, Pediatrics,
Critical Care, Psychiatric health, and Geriatrics. These experiences allowed me to transform into an enthusiastic, self-
driven, and empathetic individual and critical thinker.

With my personal qualities, skills in both conventional and integrative health, and nursing degree with a focus on
Integrative Health, I believe that I am a strong candidate for the NNE program. I would appreciate the opportunity to be a
