I am pleased to be writing to you today regarding an opportunity for the Clinical Nurse I
position. My qualifications, hard work, and being a lifelong learner makes me an ideal candidate
for the position. I am a quick and avid learner. I believe in teamwork and providing patients with
the highest evidence-based care. I have graduated from Azusa Pacific University with my
Bachelor of Science in Nursing in December 2020 and received top academic awards.
I have my BSN RN license, Emergency Medical Technician License and CPT-I phlebotomy
license.
I have a current AHA BLS card, ACLS, PALS, AB508 (MAB & CPI training), NIHSS, LA fire
card, and several others listed on the next page. I have firsthand experience in assisting the
nursing staff with routine patient care.
I have over 200 volunteer hours in the Emergency Department at Kaiser Permanente on Sunset.
With the challenging environment and training for my EMT license and for the completion of
my RN license, I feel this will prepare me for the challenges a nurse encounters a daily basis.
