Short film ideas

Idea 1: Boxer fighting inner feelings

An older boxer looking back on his career. He struggles his emotions
and often reminisces about previous losses, and feels that he could of
done better, he is disappointed in himself. This would be set in a
warehouse with harsh lighting using mirrors and other reflective
materials. Mirrors smashing or glasses dropping will show the change
in scene.

Idea 2: Someone playing the violin

I would use specifically composed piece of music to show an emotional
episode or flash back that the player is having. Using a violin (a more
classical instrument) could set up for flash back or previous deep
emotional trauma that still effects them now. It could also be used a
they play back an issue they are trying to solve in their head as the
music gets more traumatic so does the shots on screen.

Idea 3: PTSD
Someone suffering from PTSD struggles with everyday life and has
frequent flash backs of their experiences. This causes them to break
down and not want to carry on any more. I would use lots of bright
lights to signify the flash and loud ringing to emphasise confusion.
