 Offer Validity: The offer is valid for 15 days from the date of the offer.
 Warranty:
Warranty for the Crane is 12 months from the date of Commissioning or 15months from the date of
Invoicing whichever is earlier. Warranty is applicable for the Manufacturing defects only and not for
malfunction or defects arising due to damage, misuse or inappropriate operation or improper
maintenance or if the parts are affected due to Voltage fluctuations, etc. Warranty shall not be
applicable for wear & tear parts like Wire rope, Rope Guide, Brake shoes, and also electrical
components like fuse, etc. which may fail due to high voltage fluctuations.
 Inspection & Factory Testing:

We adapt strict & routine inspection procedures, quality management as per IS standards.
Should you require an inspection of the equipment at our works, please issue the inspection notice
with 10 days prior notice. Any cost incurred as a result of delay by the inspecting body shall be borne
by the purchaser.
 Access for Installation:

It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide safe access during the installation process.
Suitable scaffolding, ramp for entry of a mobile Crane into the area of installation, removal of any
obstructions, any associated civil work on the crane cables, provision of sole plates on Crane
brackets & on vertical support columns if necessary are in the scope of the purchaser.
 Our Offer excludes the following:

 Civil Structure viz., Foundation, RCC Columns, or any other Civil Work or their suitability
 Any particular safety related equipment’s as per your plant conditions.
 Site storage, Unloading & Site safety and Protection.
 Insurance.
 Third Party Certification. (If required, it will be at additional cost).
 Customer Scope:
 Suitable Cabling up to and between Isolator and DSL.
 Transit Insurance.
 Test loads & Slings required for load test.
 Suitable Power for Welding and other Installation works as may be necessary.
 Mobile Crane and suitable / safe access for assembly and Installation purpose.
 Force Majeure:
K2 Cranes & Components Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for any delay in Performance or non-
performance including but not limited to natural Calamities like Flood, Cyclone, Fire, Flood and any
other disasters viz., Acts of God, etc. and Government Regulations, Direction or Requests Accidents,
Strikes, Lock – Out, Labour Problem or Shortage or Inability / Delay in Procurement of requisite
material Inputs, Transportations & Equipment’s.
 Transfer of Title:
Reservation of title, the title of goods shall not pass to the purchaser / customer, until full payment of
the whole of the payment due as per the order is made in respect of the goods & services supplied/
rendered.
 Arbitration / Governing Laws:

This Quote shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and under the laws of the
Government of India. Both parties agree that in any case of any difference or dispute between “K2
Cranes and Components Private Ltd” and “Customer Name” will be resolved by Mutual discussions
and agreement. However, unresolved issues, if any, will be settled by arbitration as per the Indian
arbitration and Conciliation act, and the venue of the arbitration will be in Chennai Jurisdiction only.
