TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Customer Responsibilities
1. Customer is responsible for safe operation and maintenance of the equipment.
2. Operators should wear protective head-wear while working in the operating area of the Robot.
3. Customer should not bypass any of the safety equipment provided with the system.
4. Only trained personnel should be allowed to operate the Robot.
2. Conditions to the Proposal
1. Our proposal is based on the specifications and contents described in this document. If there are any deviations from the specifications, SSR
reserves the right to re-evaluate the deviations and submit a revised proposal.
2. Customer is responsible for maintaining the quality of the input parts.
3. All consumables will be in customer scope.
4. Robot system installation will be as per the layout design approved by the customer, Customer floor should be able to bear the dynamic loads (forces
and moments) of the robot as specified by the robot manufacturer. Reinforcements to civil construction, if required, are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Customer should ensure that their personnel should attend the robot manufacturer’s training Courses. These trained personnel should be fully involved
during the commissioning of the Robot.
6 After final commisoning, any change of robot programs is the responsibility of the customer . Any program modification after commissioning is
chargeable.
7 Logic modification & Electrical power point Wiring and Pneumatic lines on the machine side for interfacing robot, Site preparation including
foundation, foundation bolts, etc. or cable scheduling will be in Customer scope.
8 Safety installations such as fire-extinguisher system not included in the offer.
9 Lifting equipment at the Buyer’s plant to be provided with operator for off-loading , when in-need for the erection and installation.
10 Lockable room to be provided for storage of the high-grade components after delivery,if required.
11 Provide manpower assistance under SSR’s supervision, during off-loading, erection, installation and startup at the Buyer’s plant.
12 Customer should ensure that robot interfacing equipments have dry +24V DC control contacts for outputs/inputs signals
13 The Installation and commissioning to be carried-out as per the schedule agreed upon mutually, and the machine has to be made available for
installation.If the installation could not be completed on time or interrupted due to Buyer’s delay, the additional extra working hours for installation and
commissioning is chargeable.
14 Guarantee/Warranty and maintaining regular spare for all Non SSR’s equipment will be in the scope of Customer itself.
15 Digital signals from equipments for interfacing of Robot is under the scope of the buyer.
16 Installation and Commisioning Report to be provided upon successful installation and commissioning.
3.Scope of Work
1.Sixth sense Robotics shall do the set up of Robot
2.If any integration , Sixth Sense shall do the same on chargable basis

4. Defects Liability Period

1) Defect liability (warranty) period is 12 months from the date of installation

and commissioning.
2) Sixth Sense Robotics shall, at its own option, either repair, newly deliver or newly produce defective goods.
3) The purchaser shall allow Sixth Sense Robotics reasonable time and period for the correction of defect. If the purchaser refuses, Sixth Sense Robotics
will not be liable for the defects.
4) The purchaser shall give written notice of defects of the products without delay to Sixth Sense Robotics.
5) All kind of battery, grease & other consumable not covered in warranty.
5. Validity :
The Validity of the offer is 4 week, and If you have not accepted this quote within 4week of the date of this offer, it will expire and will be null and void.
6. Delivery :
All products will be shipped in accordance with the terms of delivery agreed between the parties in an accepted purchase order as set out in the
Company’s Quotation and Order Confirmation or Acknowledgement. All shipments should be inspected by the Buyer immediately upon receipt and
should there be evidence of damage or loss in transit, claims or tracers upon carrier must be filed by Buyer.
7. Payment Terms
Advance payment of 70% along with PO, Balance 20% before delivery and 10% after commisioning.
8. Pricing
All prices are including of GST and customs import tax

10. Cancellation
Purchase orders may be cancelled or deliveries deferred by Buyer provided Buyer makes payment for all work completed and in process. Such work shall
include, but not be limited to, charges for raw materials, unamortized tooling, engineering, handling, overhead, and production costs. Such charges to be
determined at lime of cancellation or deferment. Sixth Sense Robotics may cancel a purchase order or contract at anytime without penalty if it unable to
meet the requirements of the purchase order or contract.

11. Jurisdiction
Subject to Chennai Tamil Nadu Jurisdiction.
12. Confidentiality
The Purchaser undertakes to keep strictly confidential all the information of documents which includes Technical Data, ordered Amount, Prices,
information on Product & product development, information on research & development and all corporate data of Sixth Sense Robotics.
