order, increased by Consular Fees or other additional costs if applicable.

plus 4 weeks to enable us to present the specified documents timely to the corresponding bank.

BANK CHARGES: All bank charges payable in India is to your account and in The Netherlands to
Phenom World’s account.

CUSTOMS DUTY / GST: All Taxes & Levies such as Customs Duty / GST etc., applicable in India
will be to your account. This will be applicable on the initial supply and all subsequent delivery of
Warranty replacement parts & components.

INSTALLATION: Pre-installation of the equipment has to be carried out according to our written
instructions. After completion of the pre- installation a factory-trained engineer will carry out the
installation according to our standard installation certificate and acceptance protocol.

WARRANTY: The equipment has 12-month Warranty, after installation and commissioning or 14
months after shipment of the equipment, whichever comes first.
