Confirmation of Business Partnership -VAR

Dear Sir,

Carrier Fire and Security B.V, a wholly owned affiliate of Carrier Global Corporation
(herewith referred to as “Carrier”), organized and existing under the laws of the
Netherlands, hereby confirms that Computer & Control Systems (Comatrol) is our
Authorized Value Added Reseller in Egypt, as per the terms of our Value Added Re-seller
(“Agreement”).

Computer & Control Systems (Comatrol) is authorized for the sales and marketing of
LenelS2 Access Control &Video, Commercial Video (TruVision), Intrusion and IFS
products in Egypt as per the Agreement.

Carrier Fire & Security BV trains and supports Computer & Control Systems (Comatrol) to
successfully implement their projects, and provides continuous professional after-sales
support as per the Terms & Conditions of the Value Added Reseller Agreement and the
General T&Cs of sale and in compliance with the RMA policy.

This letter of support will remain valid until 31 Dec 2020 in accordance with the defined
Term of the Agreement (Article 3).
