TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment Terms: 60% advance and 40% balance 1 week before delivery.
2. Delivery:. 45-50 days from the date of advance payment. Machine delivery will
be done after full payment only. Need to collect printer in person
3. Warranty: 1 Year warranty from date of Delivery. Warranty does not cover for
any wear and tear parts.
4. Service Timings: Monday to Saturday 10AM – 6PM only
5. Travelling: Customer has to pay travelling(3 tiers AC) or AC bus and lodging
expenses for our engineer whenever we come to your company from Hyderabad
and back to Hyderabad even for installation and under warranty.
During corona time: installation training and opreaton training will be done
only in our factory.
6. Cancellation: after paying advance will attract 20% penalty on total invoice
amount.
7. Legal action & venue: It is expressly agreed that this contract shall be deemed
to Indian law. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ranga Reddy court
Hyderabad Telagana only.
