Final Capstone Reflection

The Capstone made me realize and have a very good idea in what I want to follow
in the future. After this amazing journey I decided out of my project that I want to
continue and pursue civil engineering with computers.
This project was relevant to me because it made me realize what I want to follow
in the future because I was between civil engineering or economics. In my
capstone I used critical thinking and communication because it helped me get
through my capstone and get information about how to do the project and its
two drawings. The impact that the project had was that I finally have a good idea
of what I want to follow in my life and in my career. I am very proud of my self
about completing this project because I learned that if I try and give the time to
do something, I can always achieve my goal in life and what I want to do.
A difficulty I found in my path was, that I couldn’t find an app qualified enough
with the needed to tools to do my work so I just searched and watched videos
about free apps online that I can use. One thing that I would wish to change is
that I did my handmade drawing into a matte paper and not in a blueprint so if I
had the requirements to do it and the expenses to buy a blueprint I would have
changed that.
A very important advice that I give to the following students that will participate
into doing a capstone is to when they find the strand they want to do what that is,
manage your time because if you don’t you will always find yourself making
excuses an avoid what you have to do. The most useful and helpful research site
that I found was about how to fix a handmade drawing and tips that will make it
look professional. I don’t think I approached the project wrongly; I wouldn’t
change something that I did because I think I handled the project very good and I
managed my time perfectly and I ended my project right on time. This class meant
a lot to me because it made me realize my career path and I also made some new
friends that I will continue hanging out with.
