What is your Area of Interest?

My area of interest was supposed to be consumers but also customer service workers.

Description of the Area of Interest

I chose this area of interest because I personally work in the customer service industry.
I wanted to make awareness because I've noticed a lack of kindness in some people
when it comes to serving them but, also in those serving as well. So I figured everyone
that i care about should reflect and be aware of their actions especially during these
times.

Target Audience

My target audience was aimed more towards parental age and also aimed at customer
service workers. My intention was to remind them to be kind but, also for my friends in
customer service to remember why they do it. I believe they could benefit and make the
world a better place through spreading more kindness. There can never be too much
kindness in this world so I really hope I helped my friends and family reflect.

Projected Outcome and Benefit

There is no real solution to making this problem better. There will always be people who
are disrespectful in the workplace. There are always challenges no matter where you
choose to work. So, I believe you have to be open to change and be able to
acknowledge when you are the problem. Everyone constantly needs to work towards
these goals of getting better at treating others how they deserve to be treated. We all
fall short some days and that’s okay but you do need to be able to apologize.
