How to act in case of disturbances?

 Try to calm down and reassure the people around you

How to act in case of threat / extortion

• Try to extend the call as long as possible

How to act in case of
fire?
Report to the HSEQ and administrative department

If it is not possible to use the extinguisher, evacuate the area. Do not try to
turn off the fire, if you don’t know how to handle the hire extinguisher

Keep calm, walk fast without running and use the stairs.

Not try to stay in the bathroom, cafeteria and terrace

If there is a lot of smoke in the place, get down, try to cover your nose and
mouth with a damp handkerchief

What to do in case of earthquake?
During the earthquake
• Suspend all activity
• Stay away from windows, lamps, air showers, shelves, and other
items that may fall on top
• Look for a safe place like the columns of the building and stay
there.

Once the earthquake is over:


• If you are on the street, go to safe places like parks or green
areas
• Keep calm and don't run
• Evacuate only if is necessary, that is, if the conditions inside are
worse than outside
• Follow the orders of your assigned brigade
• If you are going to evacuate, go to the meeting point
• If you are going to evacuate, follow the route demarcated in the
evacuation plans
• If you are going to evacuate use the stairs, never elevator
